WHISKEY BASED COCKTAILS

Whiskey Sour

Although invented before the Art Nouveau period, it was very popular in gentleman’s clubs around 1900. 
Sour Bourbon – lemon juice – egg white
Garnished with orange zeste and a cherry

Union Jack

We invented this cocktail for the occasion of the Union Love Affair in 2018. Thisone’s for the gentlemen.
Bourbon – chilled peach tea – lime juice – honey – cinnamon extract – zeste of orange
Garnished with  orange skin and a cherry

Old Fashioned

Thisone dates to the early 1800’s, and proves to be a killer classic. 
Bourbon – Angostura – Sugar syrup – Soda water
Garnished with slice of orange

Rhum BASED COCKTAILS

Mojito

The classic Carribean drink, waved over from the colonial days never seazes to refresh on a hot day.
Rhum – Crushed mintleaves – Cane sugar – Squeezed limes – Club soda

Daiquiri

The second most wanted drink on an exotic cocktailmenu, best served frozen.
 Cachaça  – Lime juice – Syrup  – Wet ice

Dark 'n stormy

A very fine sweet and sour cocktail with only the finest ingredients allowed.
Dark aged rhum – Falernum – Ginger beer  – Lime slices

VODKA BASED COCKTAILS

Strawberry Love Affair

This cocktail was also invented in honour of the Union Love Affair 2018. Thisone is for the ladies
Amsterdam Vodka – violet syrup – lemon water – strawberry extract – lime juice 
Garnished with mint and fresh strawberries

Gin & Tonics

Nordés - meditteranean tonic

Beautiful floral gin from Galicia with a slighty stronger taste of tonic. Garnished with star anise.

Hayman's family reserve - elderflower

The rich flavour of the family reserve edition is best combined with softer flabour, such as elderflower water

Bleu d'argent - pink pepper

Bleu d’argent remains one of the best buys today. It’s gentle character with touches of sweet and sour match perfectly with stronger tonics like Pink Pepper or Orange blossom & Lavender

Where many argue this drink to be their own traditional drink, they all agree upon its precious balance between bitter and sweet.

This varying seasonal cocktail is generally a classically inspired cocktail with an Art Nouveau twist.

Elixir d’anvers – Apple juice –   lime juice – wet ice

Cucumber & Dill insufion

cucumber infused water with lime juice, cane sugar and dill

Orange & Ginger spice

ginger & lime kombucha – sliced orange – mint
